I feel like posting; I feel like posting; I feel like posting! Hey Hey Hey Hey.

This is my old page; so no one will see this, unless they have too much time on their hands. Then i commend them for being nosy. I like nosy sometimes... it's a good way to be. It's 4AM. And i'm sleepy but not sleepy enough. And the house is scary, but me no care, cus i'm sleepy! Yea-a-a-a-a-ah. Wayne Brady!

The Sermon....

>:-O
3:30- A bee slapped me on the lip.

They need to start teaching through TV. Cus i can remember things that I've seen 9years ago, but i can't remember what i learned in courses last year. Why do I remember who actually blew up the lab that time on Family Matters (hint: it wasn't Urkel)? At the same time, I cannot remember Major/Minor chord sequence of a minor scale. Nor, can i remember half of the politics i've learned. But I can quote Simpsons in a minute.
Sad, yet true.

The Sermon....

I really feel that I am backward in a grooming sense. See when I am single that's when I let myself go, and get as scruffy as I want to. However, when I am dating someone (or whatever u call my relationships) that's when i cut my hair and dress well (or better at least). I think it stems from this thing I have about her being proud of the man she chose to be with (hence...me). Speaking of which i was supposed to get my haircut today, but didn't; there's tomorrow and wednesday though.
Yeah, i'm always backwards.
Peace & Blessings.

That i broke my blog again, yes the original one was functional, but not anymore. Grrrr, "somebody hand me a number 2 pencil cus they testin!"

I remember it as tuesday; though it was 6:47AM. I night of attempting to type 4 papers was over. I turned off each light one by one, expecting to get some shut-eye. Until i got to this one i couldn't turn out.... the sun. :-(

All-nighters suck.

Mondays actually do suck. I thought it was just some hype, but nay. They indeed are just not cool. Monday was so busy, and for no dang reason either. I call for 5 day weekends, and two day weeks.

I've had two really good conversations tonight. I would recount them in detail but i'm quite exhausted. One was whether or not a white guy should write to a Black literary and visual arts magazine. The verdict = "depends on what he says...". The other, "Which came first, the chicken or the egg?" Seriously, that was it. The verdict = the egg. I know, i was vying for the chicken, but then i had to argue the eggs case too, cus it really was the stronger argument, although one could always say "Depends on your conception of creation." As well, I (coincidentally) went to the gym, yet again, today, thus i am both mentally and physically drained. So... i'm going to turn around look longingly at my bed, and then proceed to do this Japanese homework until the sun comes up.

I can't stand umbrellas. I think i've told y'all this before. They are so annoying, and then the person next to you always wants to share their umbrella with you. While it is very noble, it is extremely unpleasant. I don't know, i just can't stand umbrellas. Umbrellas are an individual instrument. Think about it, one of you has to hold it, there's barely enough room for two people. And then your walking is all screwed up cus you have to huddle. Oh, and don't let one of you be tall. It's over, either the person is hunched to just plain evil proportions, or the short person is wet. I personally just rather not be under the umbrella. THEN however, the person with the umbrella is steady poking me in the head with their umbrella trying to walk and talk next to me. It's just water. Really clean water at that. Some times it feels really good too. I like the rain. I like the smell of rain. I love the sound of rain. I like the way things look when it rains. Maybe I just can't stand umbrellas and the fuels my affection for rain... i dunno. I know what though, I'll SLAP AN UMBRELLA!!! More power to rain.

Peace (in the middle east). (corny, yet valid)

Brendth: and the girl scouts in the campus center made me feel special
Danie: why?
Danie: because they giggled and said you were cute? haha

Brendth: and ran and gave me a hug

Danie: because if i have to report you...i will

Danie: ;-)
Danie: awww
Brendth: yeah, that made my day better.
You know who must be old as dirt?! Bob Barker, host of The Price Is Right. Now, Bob was old as dirt when i started watching the show. He must be like biblically old now. The models are still fine though. Bob is a pimp. Folks don't realize this.

I'm healthy!!! Sorry I meant to write this thursday, but i've been tied up the last few days trying to finally enjoy my spring break and do all my work. I am really happy because I just discovered that one of my midterms is due a few days after I thought it was due. Which is definitely a plus, cus now i'm working on another one. Yep, ok, i will talk to you later. Oh, and the Silver benz is back, but i'm at the point where I don't even mind. Life is good.

Ha, so i took a break to watch TV for the Iraq showdown. I turn to 'E' and lo-and-behold I see Genghis Blue, a Tuvan throat singer. Not only that, he sang on request, it was so fly. Peace.
OH MY GOSH!!
It's spring break. I'm sitting here, struggling, trying to write this midterm with my question as WHAT IS A STATE? And i know that Weber is the author to look up in the reader so i'm working through it. Reading intently, he barely mentioned what the state is or how it comes about, but it's all I saw so i was like "D'okay... dee-deedee!!" So one day goes by, two days go by, soon it's getting down to the wire, what do I discover? "WHAT IS A STATE?" by Max Weber; I was like, "ain't this 'bout a [censored]". I was like halfway done with my paper too. Well, halfway done with the outline of my paper, but all i would have to do is type the thing up. Now I have to read this totally foreign article and see if it totally alters my paper. Oh well, at least it is not due tomorrow morning.

So in my dorm, Wren, supposedly exists this type of bug only known to this dorm. Called a wrenbug, now over the years most people have seen mostly what is known as Silverfish and thought that to be the wren bug. Alas, i say NO. The real wrenbug is about 4inches long, yellow, looks somewhat like a catapiller/centapied, and moves FAST. How do I know, eyewitness report. So imagine me carrying my size 14 timbaland look-alike trying to kill this thing that stays on the walls. Didn't see it though. Don't want to see it. Especially not in my room. ESPECIALLY, not in my room. Y'all know about my 3 feet rule. "If any creature comes within 3feet of me, it relinquishes it's right to live."
So i went to Health Services today... My ear has been hurting for a long time. As well i've had a cold for a good while. I got in, very short wait, then i saw the nurse. They had to do my vitals cus i had never been there before. I mean NEVER, to the point that they had my address from last year. So they checked my ears, my right ear was normal, my left ear though, no wax (cus i had been using this wax removal thinking there was some kinda build up), but she informed me that my ear was infected. She said "Yeah, it's infected. It's all red in there, and your ear drum is swollen." In fact, she told me i had a slight fever and an ear infection which might have come from the fever. So she they gave me some drugs, i want to say Anoxolyn, and then some Pseudoephedrine, and some Acetaminophen. She was like, "i'm trying to decide if you should take 500mg of Anoxolyn or 1000mg... ...oh, let's just go with 1000mg." I was like, "i'm a big man, i see how it makes sense."
I hate to say it, but the nation really is going to get bigger. By bigger I mean more overweight. I went to McDonald's today... I was raised on the food, i'm pseudo-addicted to it. Oddly enough, like every child in there was big. I was like... "hmph, interesting." It's a shame really, kinda makes you wonder what kids do nowadays. How come we aren't that big? Infact, when i came up, there was like 1-2 big kids in the class, and one was just big-boned. I say it's the parent's fault these kids are so big. Whatever happened to "outside"? Recess? Tag? Dah well.
It was cute. Meford/Somerville was trying to be all hot today. I'd say it only reached 65* but still. It tried.

Yeah, so my other blog is down, and I still wanted to ramble. Midterms are upon me as well, so i won't be saying much. Dah Well....
